Great variety of engineering work combined with a management team that respects the employees.

There are very few cons.. Benchmark is a very enjoyable place to work

None. I did not find any pro in this company.

Cons

Low salary, no phone allowance (but expect you to make call from home to settle issue), employee's hard work never get appreciated, multi tasking/
