      Pros

      Unlimited PTO was nice, assuming you have a flexible manager. Benefits so-so. Outside of end-of-month time, workload was generally quite manageable and light. Probably a good place for someone entry level to get their first taste of a real career due to how chaotic it can be, will give you a great sense of gratitude once you move to a “real” company that is more stable.

      Cons

      Mediocre pay with very little advancement, minimal opportunity for raises or moving up. Culture quite toxic, very clique-ish. Near end of quarter, expect to work late as you get dragged into tasks which are not in your job description to make up for lack of labor resources in other areas, as they desperately try to meet deadlines that were otherwise being pushed off/ignored. Any criticism of the company from employees on surveys, etc was met with punishments and harsher treatment to keep people in line so they wouldn’t actually speak up the next time, opportunities for employees to give feedback basically function as bait to weed out anyone who isn’t playing along with management that everything is totally great. Atmosphere was quite dour and stagnant, frequent turnover of employees at all levels resulted in a sense of constant chaos and little control over anything. Tension and personal relationship feuds and grudges between more senior staff were palpable, was often quite an awkward and uncomfortable place to be. Management often made risky decisions and commitments in an attempt to secure business and sales, which would often backfire as they bit off more than they could chew and failed to meet targets - this was a frequently repeated phenomenon.

      Pros

      I went from working in production later became a buyer I had to leave due to my sons illness I loved working there had great supervisors and co workers that were great to work with with Andrew passwater always made a point to tell us good job always encourage overall it was one of the best place I work I would work there again or recommend it John Russel was always kind not like other plant managers

      Cons

      Not much bad you can make good sometimes it may require a lot of overtime but usually it’s not mandatory if you need extra money just work more

      Best option in a city without much Manufacturing

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO (for my position, not all positions) Air conditioned and humidity controlled environment Good people work here, and are doing the best job they can

      Cons

      Corporate does not respect us. They delayed our merit raises by 3 months, but the CEO still made his 6 million (10% of revenue!) this year. There has been a hiring freeze, so when we lost a dozen engineers last summer, the rest of us had to pick up the slack.
