This place is just horrible

None that I can think of.

Cons

This was the complete definition of a hostile work environment. Employees referred to patrons of different ethnic backgrounds with terms like "Canadians" and others were "Gypsies" and all this was done so openly and in front of management. I can not believe this company has survived for as many years as it has. The restaurant was in horrible condition and nothing was clean. I observed roaches, and small rodent excrement throughout the kitchen and in dry storage areas.

50 percent employee discount on food and non alcoholic beverages. Flexible schedule for school. Closed in the middle of the day.

Cons

Tip share system extremely unfair to servers. Servers required to tip out regardless of tips made at table. If no tip left from customer, server must take tips earned from other table to make up the difference. Chefs not required to share tips received.
