This place is just horrible - Manager In Training Benihana Employee Review

This was the complete definition of a hostile work environment. Employees referred to patrons of different ethnic backgrounds with terms like "Canadians" and others were "Gypsies" and all this was done so openly and in front of management. I can not believe this company has survived for as many years as it has. The restaurant was in horrible condition and nothing was clean. I observed roaches, and small rodent excrement throughout the kitchen and in dry storage areas.
