50% off on meals, and a decent salary

Cons

Corporate will make company changes at the drop of a hat. They also cater to a lower demographic that is prone to complain and expect you to please every guest while build sales. Their buildings are in constant need of repairs, and those repairs count against your bottom line, thus making it hard to bonus. HR LITERALLY RUNS THIS COMPANY! If you receive any HR complaints you can and will be terminated, no matter if it is by a guest or employee. Watch the RM's of this company, as they will manipulate you badly, and hold everything against you.

Good Benefits and some of the people to work with was a pleasant experience.

Cons

Upper management is tearing down the foundation that this company was built on. Too many good loyal employees let go because they did not fit the future plan of the company. No fault of their own, at the wrong place at the wrong time. Do not recommend working for this organization.

Pros

They close from 2:30-4:00 everyday and feed the staff. I've never seen this at a restaurant before.

Cons

The location I was training at had an infestation problem. When I brought this to the attention of the GM and Regional Manager I was then let go and told I was " overqualified" They upper management seems to operate as if they are not in America and have no respect for values or integrity. The 3 units in the area I was training at had been operating with 2 managers each for months and were not providing days off. Senior management should have stepped in to aide the managers on site.
