Cannot think of any pros.

Cons

Poor training, poor scheduling, poor management. You are told to ask for a day off 2 weeks in advance and even when you do this, you are told, "We'll see." If you get sick you are told you have to find coverage for your shift.

Good Experience, Good Food, Ability to Grow within the company or move around, Easy to get along with co-workers, good perks, good place to learn if interested in being a chef.

Cons

Tough atmosphere, customers are difficult, staff is limited by corporates's ridicoulous demands, unpractical expectaions, wages and salaries are average at best.

Great place to go for a celebration of any kind, Chefs come out entertain and cook for the gust at the table. Sushi is fantastic.

Cons

very hard to hire an keep a FOH staff due to tipping policy. Very hard to get any communication from upper management usually having to send emails 3 or 4 times before you get a answer to your question. Very micro managed when it comes to ordering sullies and smallwares
