flexible. they have good service charge which will contribute to your salary.

Cons

working hours are tough. have to wait for the last customer to leave the restaurant. sometime have to stay until 1am. customers are hard to pleased. not many career progession.

I can say that Benihana really give me the work life balance that i’ve been looking for that I didn’t get from my previous job. 50% discount if you were dine with with your family, think about how much the bill would cost to eat there and YOU get 50% off

Cons

You can sometimes get overwhelmed with the work load but you get suport from everyone
