Hit or miss on making good money.

Cons

High tip out to chefs. If not tipped on a bill you are still required to pay the tip out to the chef. They under-schedule and bombard you with extra work. No auto gratuity even on parties of 10 or above. The one group who acquired Benihana creates shady rules and makes restaurant managers take the heat from disgruntled employees.
