Leaving this company as soon as possible.

Conceivably, one of the worst places I have worked for. My immediate supervisor had no idea how to manage people or herself. She was a micromanaging bully that would often humiliate her staff and coworkers, publicly. But she too was a victim of the company's environment. Fear and intimidation were the code of conduct. Classism and racism were rampant. There were small exceptions with one or two manager that truly tried. But when the overall system is infested with distrust and fear it is impossible to change.

Everyone here has the common goal of growing the business. Everyone here helps each other out so that you're never on your own or fall behind on your daily tasks.
Cons
No flexibility on scheduling.. You must be able to work 8:00 to 5:00pm M-F.
