One good thing I can say is you can learn and get experience working at Bennett Marine
Cons
But the flip side to that is they will train you only to use you because you will be poorly paid and heavily over worked with unrealistic expectations. No natter what you do or how well you do it you will be talked down too and treatrd like nothing.

Good People, some who have been with the company for over 40 years
Cons
Many to do with upper lever management, whose credentials don't even match those of lesser titles. It's a do as I say and not as I do environment. Those who have been there a long time are afraid to leave because of fear that will not get a stable job again
