The worst communication I've ever experienced. They simply won't answer the phones. When they do finally answer no 2 people in the office are on the same page.

Hourly pay, home daily, overtime after 40 hours.

Cons

Trucks are slip seated, and not between the same two drivers. Trucks are slip seated between all the drivers. Poor interdepartmental management and communication, split days off. Vacation pay based on 40 hours even though we're required to work 12 hour shifts.
