Nice modern equipment, good benefits , plenty of work and decent pay.

Cons

Well, up until a few weeks ago I would have said there were none. We have a new individual in the safety department that got all of his trucking experience off the internet and he is making termination threats for running 5 over the speed limit!

You are able to work on your own without being micromanaged. Colleagues are helpful and nice.

Cons

No communication about anything, so nobody in the company ever knows what's going on. Zero chance of advancement of any raises unless you're one of the execs, who continually give each other promotions despite poor company performance, bad decisions, and mismanaging just about everything. This is where careers go to die.
