Pros

Starting pay is $20 to $22 an hour. The Benore family is one of the best in the business. Owners know most drivers by your first name. The job is not hard. They will work with you to get the hours you want to work. Been here going on 11 years and I'll retire here.

Cons

To me there is none.

Pros

Easy work, no loading or unloading . Just drop and hook. Recently bump up to $24an hour. 60hrs per work or more. No force dispatch.

Cons

No room to advance . Tractors are alright if you get lucky. Micro management.

I always keep myself positive and try to find and see the positive side to anything. But right now, I just don't.

Cons

Even after years of loyalty and hard work, I still don't get what I deserve. The right treatment from the management, the pay, and even the benefits that I should automatically have for being a full time employee for years.
