      Pros

      Pay is good. Lots of hours.

      Cons

      No life. Only work. 12+ hours per day. Truck is old with over 800,000 miles on it. Lights falling off and Jake brake doesn't work. 450 miles/day is not a local job. :/

      Fellow employees become a great work family

      Benore has no respect for work life balance and will bring you past your breaking point. Management always points the finger to blame instead of trying to resolve issue to make work flow easier. Also they will lie to you about benefits to get you in the door. Was told I would receive PTO, 401K, etc after 90 days but you find out at orientation it’s not until your year anniversary date.
