One of the worst companies you could ever work for. They will promise you everything and give you nothing.

However, my experience began to shift after training. It took about a month to be assigned to a truck, during which time I noticed significant issues with equipment safety. Despite providing written reports about unsafe trucks, the company often reassigned these vehicles rather than addressing the problems. At the time, they didn’t have an on-site mechanic, which raised further concerns about maintenance and safety. Communication with dispatchers, particularly Jennifer and Ashia was unprofessional and frustrating. Dispatchers were often rude and lacked clear communication. For instance, I was left in the dark about my truck assignment, only to find out through another driver. When I finally received my truck, it had a transmission issue, a faulty AC, and made a whistling noise while driving—conditions that were far from ideal. One positive aspect of my experience was being assigned to a dedicated run, which I enjoyed. However, after being written up for one speeding incident on Mount Eagle, I completed the required safety training videos. Following this, I was inexplicably removed from the schedule. No one informed me of my termination; I only found out through the payroll app. Attempts to contact the terminal manager for clarification went unanswered. Ultimately, the lack of communication, disregard for safety, and unprofessional handling of my termination led me to move on to another company. While there were some positive aspects of my time with Benore Logistics, the overall experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
