Owners will cut hours and pay when they want to for no reason. Also add additional things to your job description. They have no appreciation for their warehouse employees at all.

Bad. Out of touch owners that don't respect their managers enough to make decisions. Have to beg for your annual review. Raises are paltry and given extremely late and only after threatening to quit. Just don't.
