Hourly pay, home daily, overtime after 40 hours.

Cons

Trucks are slip seated, and not between the same two drivers. Trucks are slip seated between all the drivers. Poor interdepartmental management and communication, split days off. Vacation pay based on 40 hours even though we're required to work 12 hour shifts.

Nice modern equipment, good benefits , plenty of work and decent pay.

Cons

Well, up until a few weeks ago I would have said there were none. We have a new individual in the safety department that got all of his trucking experience off the internet and he is making termination threats for running 5 over the speed limit!
