competitive pay and competitive benefits.

Cons

Every process is manual, need technology. Owners and HR micro manage everything. Cannot spend any money to improve the business. Technology is sub par. Safety department, HR Department have little support. Owners are in the weeds and do not trust leadership to make decisions.

{Pay,}... some great people to work with, The Benore's are actully on the Job running this ( Big Bussiness themselves,) I Respect That...Like I say, nothing's perfect, no matter where you go, But to me, this is the Best Truck Driving Job I've ever had...& I've had a good few... Just So You Know... (:
