      Not many. Pretty much a stepping stone to something different.

      Cons

      Ownership is disconnected. When they do get involved they make knee jerk reactions. Very tight on money makes environment tough to manage.

      Ownership cares, they are very involved. The people here in general are very passionate about their work. Pay is good and fair. Great opportunities for growth and development. I feel valued.

      Communication can be better but I have seen improvements.

      None none none none none none none none none none none none none how many times to I have to write none!

      Cons

      The owner's only real concern is their next house or plane.They care very little for their employees. The company is hemorrhaging. Whatever you do, do not get injured on the job! They were at fault, passed it off to workers comp, and charge you extra to catch up on missed health insurance payments while you were out healing from their mistake.
