Good people who work very hard.

Cons

Not treated well, disparate treatment and no opportunity for advancement. Supposed to receive yearly reviews and be compensated accordingly. It had been years.

Long hours underpaid forced to work major overtime don't care about you you're just a number management doesn't care driver's will trash truck not clean up after themselves within the last few months two drivers have lost their lives due to being fatigued because of the amount of hours that we have to work the dispatchers don't really care they're really don't work with you

You work 12 hour shifts on A shift 5am to 5pm or B shift 5pm to 5am five days one week and 2 days the next. The job wears on you on the 3rd day, but the co-workers are descent.

Cons

Not the best insurance, but at least no penalty at income tax time
