Sometimes things don't go according to plan and the stress gets to everyone.

Good place to work but some of middle management do not want drivers to move up in the company.

Pros

Stable schedule. Overtime if you want it even though not really needed. Benefits are average no matching for 401k or retirement plan.

Cons

Serious issues of managers playing favorites. Some employees do things how they want right or wrong with no corrective actions taken. Dangerous environment, horns are not used not do industrial trucks stop at intersection. Operator wear headphones while operating as well as talk on phones.
