      Flexible working benefits, expectations don't always align

      Bentley supports working from home Most management and HR encourage time off and well being Variety of projects is good

      Cons

      Far too much expectation to work excessive hours with no reward Bonus package constantly changing, previously all related to personal performance/objectives. Changed to solely business objectives and colleagues suffer as a result Some management teams completely detatched from projects and cause more harm than good Not enough support for professional development Re-org every year which results in constant process changes and degree of uncertainty within team
