      A mixed bag

      Pros: - Good products that are used on interesting projects - Nice office in Dublin - work-life balance

      Cons

      Cons: - Very low salary vs. industry average - lots of change and turmoil in sales and how you're compensated - Middle management not qualified/fit for purpose - no career progression.

      Exec Mgmt old and stuck in the past - don't count on any HR help !!

      new technology in digital area of construction talented developers

      Cons

      Exec mgmt hasn't changed and many are in the wrong roles Too much nepotism among exec team no real review for performance and poor performance accepted by the buddy system typical "family" grown company that never brought in "real corporate professionals" what software company never has double digit revenue increases?
