      Great work life balance considering the role I have.

      Remote working, varied work, nice friendly people. Family feel to working with colleagues and management.

      Cons

      Can be long hours, salary doesn't change year on year. No influence to improve bonus.

      Excellent value Proposition Great colleagues Visionary future Great tech (Be even better if we got them working together) Logical acquisitions Huge market opportunity

      Cons

      Too many Senior Managers and Executives are waiting for their retirement and it shows Cross Product Group integration is weak Product groups over promise and under deliver with no obvious consequences (PW / AW / DWW )
