      Pros

      Bentley offers the opportunity for unsurpassed work/life balance. Hard work and talent are recognized and rewarded

      Cons

      A number reviews mention "constant change" as a Con. Personally, I view this as a Plus. I prefer a dynamic entrepreneurial environment to a stagnant structure entrenched in draconian practices.

      Pros

      Bentley has grown its business in the 10 years I have been with the company. This has been an exciting period of growth and to be seen as a company that is having an impact on the creation and operation of some of the worlds newest assets

      Cons

      We tend to figure things out by ourselves, learn by our mistakes, which can be both challenging but frustrating
