      Pros

      Nice ambiance to work in. Helpful colleagues and good management. Great mix of culture and nationality from all over the world. Learn as you go environment with achievable quotas.

      Cons

      Salary bit low for a sales role. OTE with a cap with no possibility to have it without. Not cleat when it is the salary review due, need to ask several times for it.

      Very flexible work from home or office capabilities. I am extremely appreciate of this and believe it is very hard to find at other companies. However, this flexibility depends on your management team - every department treats it differently. I was able to travel

      Organizational change management is a mess. They make major changes every year and don't do a great job of letting people know. Much of upper-management does not value creativity and new ideas.
