Good environment to work, good colleagues and ability to grow within the company if you're up for the challenge.
Cons
To much middle managements, that does not have managing skills and depend to much on the 'workers' to do the job. Unfortunately those colleagues that does not have enough skills, get the advantage treatment due to that they're buttering the managers. If you're looking for a place to grow and develop your skills, there is a very high price for it, and you might think twice before joining the company Very unorganised management
