      Pros

      Great work-life balance, good benefits and excellent focus on wellness, gives back and supports communities in great ways. Overall a positive culture.

      Cons

      Agree with other reviewers--salaries aren't stellar. Career paths aren't well defined. "Good old boys" network appears very strong to date.

      Pros

      Working at Bentley you always felt like you part of a bigger family. Colleagues all over the world always ready to assist, and it was being part of the 3500 team that really differentiated this company from its competitors. i really enjoyed my tenure with Bentley Systems indeed i firmly believe the difference is that staff are pretty much handpicked.

      Cons

      a vertically operated organisation based on an American way of doing business doesn't always equate to getting the best results out of a global operation especially in developing countries. management style reminded my of my military service as anyone with higher rank shouted the orders in some instances.

      Pros

      The life in this company can be life/work balance. And though the offices are located in different location. The communication between different teams still in an effective way. Though the main product is kind of out of date, but the user base still very solid. And it can sustain the company in the future. And the income can be stable but may not be so excited compare to the "hot-shot" areas in the IT area.

      Cons

      The main/flag product is a desktop based program. In the internet/cloud based world today, it kind out of date.
