Pros

helpful and very niche colleagues, profit sharing, company participates in retirement programme, transparency, flexible employer

Cons

not so many... due to employees around the world communication can be difficult and it can take sometimes a little bit longer until an issue is settled, internal process change often and not always everyone who is affected by that is informed

Pros

everyone working there is caring and understanding. If you need help with something , people are pretty available and very willing to help you out. Its a relatively young workplace and the working environment is great

Cons

Bentley is a big international company and because of this you may have some trouble with communication between team members across the globe

Pros

You get to learn your products in detail. Since people from various domains viz civil, electronics, instrumentation etc are hired as QAs,you can be an expert in your product over time. However, that product won`t be at par with the competition. A gym, subsidized lunch, free transport service. It gives you plenty of time to follow your hobbies and passions. They pay you well, mostly try to retain you with exciting counter offers. Free internet access to youtube, facebook, and amazon and everything you can think of.

Cons

No team events, outings nothing exists. The overall workplace is lazy and unmotivated. Majority of the employees are veterans, who have worked for over 10+ years. There is very less scope for newer ideas and lack of platform for new geniuses to present them. There is very less employee interaction. The HR department practically doesn`t exist. The only work they do, it seems is to send congratulatory and condolence emails. If you are somebody who is a social person, you will find this place utterly boring. Very scarce growth due to small teams, some teams are jut of one person. Imagine the hierachy, one employee starts to work as a associate and after 7 years he is a manager. Yet, he has got nobody who reports to him. Their hierarchy models are totally out of the box. Worst part , almost every employee is a relative of somebody. You`ll find husbands, wives, daughters, brothers, sisters, cousins, sons. It is a family and allows people to add their families too. Don`t take this as a first job.
