      Pros

      Everyone was nice with little to no office politics. They were ready to help each other out.

      Cons

      Not really. Just the software products are written very long back and it sometimes take time to understand the code as the code is not well structured.

      Good benefits, flexible work environment/hours, telecommuting available for many jobs, good job security. The company seems to care about its employees and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      The company headquarters is in Exton, PA, but it is also composed of many smaller acquisitions. It feels like there are more career opportunities for the Exton employees than for acquisition employees. Career paths and opportunities for advancement are not clearly defined. The focus seems to be more on software maintenance than on software innovation or new product creation.
