If your manager likes you, you can do anything you want. Miss work, not show up, personal calls all day long. If you tell them what they want to hear you are in.

Cons

The managers have PETS...They shop online all day. It is the worst company I have every worked for in my entire life. They provide personality videos and how to treat employees however the management team doesn't follow the company guidelines when it comes to respecting colleagues. I

Great colleagues, bad pay.

Pros

Bentley has world class software offerings and it's been a pleasure working with some great colleagues. Most colleagues are quick to offer help if needed and it is truly a team atmosphere. Good work life balance in my experience.

Cons

Very little upward mobility. Have not had a salary review in the 3.5 years I've worked here! Multiple broken promises. Extremely frustrating. It's the PEOPLE that make Bentley great and they deserve to be compensated accordingly, but many are not.

Cons

Upper management clueless, no direction or ownership of their failures Constant reorgs that disrupt teams Zero collaboration amongst teams, repeating same solutions over and over Inconsistencies amongst solutions (customer constantly changing between products that look CLOSE but not the same due to failures of managers to align this) Useless colleague survey they require you to do yet do absolutely nothing with the results Absolutely dreadful mid-year and full year colleague update, 2 hours of watching someone read bullets off a 200 count slideshow
