LGBTQ friendly otherwise a volatile, toxic environment fraught with dysfunction and favoritism. The campus is well maintained.

Cons

Insular and highly political some dedicated faculty but overall mediocre.

Pretty good benefits (including Fridays off all summer), my team is wonderful, most students are very impressive and fun to work with

Cons

Low salaries (not significantly worse than the rest of higher ed, but certainly not better), some departments are just miserable, students do tend to be very entitled and needy
