Wonderful students, beautiful campus and mostly great co-workers.

Cons

“Phd and Tenured eliteness” is not out in the open but it is discreetly very prevalent which can make the work environment for lecturers and staff very challenging.

Great atmosphere and benefits. Offers a nice work/life balance. Generous time off. Mid-May to Mid-August work week is a 4 day week. Wonderful colleagues.
