      Pros

      If you love toxicity, nepotism, and favoritism then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the economy, benefits are too high, incompetent upper management, racism, nepotism, favoritism, Reagan and Trump lovers, majority of employees can’t afford benefits AND retirement plan on the low salary. Majority of the Bergaila family comes in about 3 times a year. Only the family members move far up the latter with livable salaries. No advancement for growth. CEO is not Chris, it’s her daughter.

      Pros

      Bergaila is essentially a payroll company that does have a few benefits. They are somewhat easy to deal with.

      Cons

      Poor communication. Don't value employees. Employees are virtually just numbers to Bergaila. Health insurance is high.
