Collaborative environment and have a solid name in the industry for their specialized target.

Cons

Major management shift that caused a mass exodus of log-time employees. Top leadership spot left the company and things went downhill quickly.

There are not any at all!

Cons

Some recruiter send out spam email, you send a fully qualified resume only to be ghosted and never heard from again. They actually treat rare specialist like tinder dates, as if we are a dime a dozen.

Pros

Relaxed office atmosphere. Management provided lunch at least once a month. Yearly company parties were fun. Good PTO policy.

Cons

They seemed not to have a very organized management system. They are a family owned and run contracting agency. so there does seem to be some nepotism. Lacked direction, but were making strides to move forward in the right direction.
