      It’s alright but pay should be better

      Pros

      A good starting place to enter the working force. Met some good people who help teach and build you in the field.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay their employees very well. The county is continuously growing which means more business, revenue, and earnings. The employees should benefit from it not just the higher ups.

      Pros

      New management, new equipment, new ambulances, we are treated fairly now...wasn't before. Good old boy club is gone (going). Promotions happening as it grows.

      Cons

      Need more ambulances (they have approval now to put more on...so that should be much better soon), forced overtime (but that is dropping quickly too...almost rare now).
