The department just underwent a massive scandal in the Boston globe facing sexual harassment and not enough has been done about it.

Community, students, creative environment, benefits, access to great music and artists.

Cons

Leadership only advocates for each other not staff. Too quick to get rid of loyal staff in pursuit of chasing something new. Only way to increase salary is via promotions, and those are far and few.
