Great work-life balance. Terrific training. Exciting vision of a global school providing a vast range of courses available to students to choose where the resultant cost is partially in their hands. Very friendly to staff who are also musicians. Very high standard of people in Admin and Faculty.

Cons

Poorly integrated IT dept. Noone seems able to define the culture/s. Top down approach to change. Male dominated IT but in the process of change. Little engagement with the business or students. This is also in the process of change. Leadership can be erratic.
