Pros

Very supportive colleagues and team leaders (this is highly dependent on the team). I was lucky to have a good team. Exciting projects.

Cons

Salary is low for a masters student in mechanical engineering with industry experience. No home office opportunity (this is dependent on the project)

Overall good

Pros

30 days off/year, flexible hours, and it is a service company, so you work based on projects and clients.

Cons

The salary is solid and difficult to negotiate, there aren´t "pluses" based on performance. And there has been a lot of issues around how the company manages them.
