      Used to have great flexibly with work hours, PTO, unfortunately all of this is being stripped away

      It's a good place to get experience and a way to get your foot in the door at some of the big OEMs, particularly German based companies.

      Cons

      The corporate office is a disaster. It's management bases decisions on emotions rather than business based best-practices or merit based ideas.
