      high level of bureaucracy; disconnect between locations/HQ/customers if there's an issue nepotism No advancement opportunities poor pay, unclear pay structure, and advancement opportunities

      Good Company To get Your Foot in The Door into the Industry

      Pros

      Will put you on interesting projects pertaining to automotive industry. Good healthcare benefits as well as dental. Management is relatively easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Feedback loop between customer, bertrandt, and you can be improved. Must I work harder? Am I putting too much energy into 1 thing and not so much in the other where it's needed? Unless you are super self aware, you will have to ask these questions directly to them despite having yearly reviews.
