Pros
Worked on great projects, fun cooperation with engineers and project development, gained good experience, team leader was excellent.
Cons
Very clearly unequal pay within the team, training was almost non-existent, paired with a much more junior colleague who was not interested in helping, external partners have no incentive to cooperate and are often either terrific or horrible, after team management there was no clear leadership of the segment, no clear growth opportunities internally, most people leave in order to move up.
