      * Good for beginners; * Good place for writing a your "Diploma work"; * Salary Payment on time;

      Cons

      * Employees are 2nd class workers when placed at clients; * Team leaders say: 1. Client first, 2. Bertrandt then 3. the employee as last link in the chain; * In this company you are purely on your own; * Poor management and account managers; * Company without respect for the employee; * In crisis times you will have a tough time in this company; * Teamleaders are not able to organize team meetings; * You have to speak German in this company (mandatory to get somewhere )- some team leaders can not speak English. You ask yourself how could they have gotten the job? That is because there is a lot of politics in this company; * No social events and no team building events.
