Salary is ok and also Work/Life balance is absolutely good. Relation with boss is sincere and open. By my experience you can trust the Manager, but maybe other departments are different.

Cons

Doing consulting for a big OEM I was thrown into the Job without any formation, the colleague that was responsible to train me, basically didn't care at all. No prospective to change job or field of work.
