DEI hell hole.

Pros

Discount is solid, but it also shows you how much they are up charging.

Cons

Management doesnt care about LITERALLY anything other than company politics. They will lay you off even if you are in the top 10 to keep with their DEI quotas. Post hire training was literally over 20 hours of DEI and sexual harassment training. They havent heard that saying you cant talk about salary is illegal.

Pros

the pay is decent i guess

Cons

they treat you like a machine and wear you down until you are a shell of the person you were when you started working here. this place will kill you. oh and they never give internal promotions, I have known many ambitious people at this job that made it clear they wanted to move up and worked very hard just to be snubbed for people outside the company or from different locations. also several of the supervisors and people who get better positions are related to someone already in a supervisor position or happen to be the warehouse manager's son-in-law. strange.
