Pros

Employee discount was decent for store brand stuff.

Pros

Good employee discount for full timers

Cons

All they care about is wringing as much money out of their employees and their clients. Gone are the days where they actually care about you as a person. Highly do not recommend.

Pros

They have decent pay for a retail job. Underneath management the staff is usually good to work with.

Cons

The corporate world is full of cuts. Some company's take it out on management, Some management takes it out on workers. This is one of those companies. No matter if you are a worker or a manager there are unique evils about how best buy takes away the balance. For workers managers are overworked. They take it out on the workers. For workers, mistakes are harshly punished, hours are not guaranteed.
