Pros

I enjoyed working with my coworkers

Cons

I don't feel comfortable selling credit cards forcibly and constantly pitching to people who don't want to hear it in the first place.

Pros

The fun work environment, the open sales floor structure, it's all fun. They make you feel genuinely excited to come to work every day.

Cons

Unfortunately, with the way things have been going lately, bestbuy is not what it used to be. I feel, daily, as though I'm being set up to fail and then punished for failing. The goals can be impossible, the pay isn't equal to the labor, and theres no commission. And on top of it all, if you're any good at your job, bestbuy will consume every part of your life. There will be no work life balance.

Pros

Good money, nothing else, nothing else

Cons

No support, management does not relate to real world situations. Place is extremely messy, company protocol is extremely dysfunctionally
