Pros

Overall, this is a great place to work. Very flexible and the training is good. The ability to work with the newest technology and with people is amazing.

Cons

There are many changes that take place, some prematurely. I think that at times the company tries to move a little quickly.

Pros

-Better pay than some jobs -Steady pay check -Mobile does get bonuses if goals are met -Cool people work there, generally speaking -Discount, but I hear it just got worse -_-

Cons

-For the work you are doing you can get paid way more at a job with commission like Verizon or ATT.

Pros

Employee discount is great, 401k is good. The hours you get depends on your sales and how much of a life you don't have

Cons

401k is only available to be taken out after 5 yrs of working at best buy. Leadership treats their employees like high school kids
