Pros

The company is just overall a friendly place. The pay is reasonable with the amount and difficulty of work being done.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are not always as great as you would like them to be. You may want a raise and not get one.

Not the worse place to work

Pros

Defiantly a great place to hang out and meet people. Always a ton of young energetic people. Some times a lot of fun.

Cons

There is a lot of politics that play into decisions that should never have happened. If you are on the out then you are on your way out.

Enjoyed my time with Best Buy

Pros

Enjoyed the people and environment that I was able to work with. The company gives opportunities to grow if that is something that you desire and strive for.

Cons

High pressure environment to make up for the lack of commission. Outside of that, I enjoyed most of the people I worked with and the work environment the company provided.
