Pros

Employee discount isn't half bad. Can be a fun environment to work in, coworkers truly make all the difference. Blue Crew bucks are nice too if your store ever gets them.

Cons

Non commission job that is treated as commission. Forced to sell, even though they tell you to build "trust" with customers and not be pushy.

Pros

Good Experience, Good Working atmosphere, Good store level leadership, Employee purchase plan, Understanding the employee requirement at the store level is high.

Cons

Pay scale compared to most other retailers is among the lowest in British Columbia. The job requirements in the store level is over whelming most of the time. labor turnover is very high.
